Recruiting Coordinator (Singapore)

About the role

Hudson River Trading is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join its global Recruiting Operations team in Singapore. You will be the logistics hub that ensures a smooth, first‑class interview experience for candidates and internal stakeholders across campus and experienced hiring streams.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule a high volume of campus and experienced role interviews using GoodTime and manual coordination as needed.
• Collaborate with business leaders, managers, recruiters, and interviewers to communicate directly with candidates.
• Prepare interview rooms, greet candidates (in‑person and virtual), and provide real‑time support during onsite interviews.
• Maintain up‑to‑date hiring team and candidate communications throughout the recruiting process.
• Gather job requisition requirements and manage them in Greenhouse.
• Support recruiting initiatives such as internship programs, career fairs, and People Operations events.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and attend the office at least four days per week.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields.
• Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Professional demeanor and strong written communication skills.
• Self‑starter with a positive, collaborative attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
