Recruitment Consultant – Consumer & Professional Services

About the role

Join Kerry Consulting’s Consumer Practice as a Recruitment Consultant and become the trusted talent advisor for leading organisations across consumer goods, professional services and related sectors. You will guide clients through the full executive search lifecycle while building your own portfolio of relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end search projects: market mapping, candidate engagement, client advisory and successful placement.
• Provide strategic talent acquisition guidance across functional areas such as Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance and Strategy.
• Develop and expand a client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities and deepening existing relationships.
• Act as a career advisor to candidates, delivering market insights and supporting key career decisions.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in a client‑facing, commercial environment (recruitment, consulting or related industry).
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and deliver on mandates with high ownership.
• Strong interest in Consumer and Professional Services sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with solid business development and relationship‑management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, high‑integrity approach.
