Recruitment Consultant (Entry Level Welcome)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing recruitment and manpower staffing specialist seeking enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to support our expanding client base. Whether you have prior experience or are just starting your career, you will play a key part in matching talent with business needs in a collaborative, results‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with the Operations Manager to understand manpower requirements and devise effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future openings.
• Coordinate onboarding and new‑hire orientation to ensure smooth integration.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, monitor performance metrics, and identify process improvements.
• Track daily deployment of manpower to client sites and activate contingency plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and generate reports for leadership.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, anticipate needs, and pursue new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
• Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
