Recruitment Consultant – Full Cycle (360°)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Consultant to drive new business opportunities and manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships and delivering top talent across various sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business through networking, outreach, and relationship building.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: client acquisition, job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and placement.
• Maintain strong client relationships to understand workforce needs and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure suitable candidates are presented within agreed timelines.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and placement targets.
• Monitor market trends, manpower demands, and industry developments.
• Support management initiatives and undertake additional projects as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in agency recruitment with exposure to the full 360° recruitment process.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and clients independently.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and resilient.
• Experience in engineering, oil & gas, or technical recruitment is an advantage but not mandatory.
