About the role

NodeFlair is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join its fast‑growing talent community in Singapore. You will work directly with the founder, Ethan, and help shape the future of the company’s headhunting business.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑quality candidates and client companies to broker placement deals.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with both candidates and corporate partners.
• Conduct frequent outreach calls and follow the leadership’s guidance to achieve targets.
• Contribute to the overall growth of the headhunting division.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional with a strong work ethic.
• Fast‑paced, highly communicative, and comfortable with extensive phone outreach.
• Hungry to learn, humble, and eager to take ownership of results.
