About the role

We are expanding our team and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Recruitment Consultants. Whether you come from a recruitment background or have experience in sales, business development, or client‑facing roles, you will help connect talent with organisations across specialised industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new client relationships and grow existing accounts.
• Understand hiring needs and provide talent consulting solutions.
• Source, screen and assess candidates through multiple channels.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle – pitching, interviewing, offer negotiation and closing.
• Provide market insights on hiring trends, salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Build long‑term partnerships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, business development, account management or other client‑facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, proactive, self‑motivated and a fast learner.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
