About the role

We are seeking a mid‑to‑senior level Recruitment Consultant with agency experience, preferably in legal recruitment, to manage full‑cycle hiring for our clients. You will act as a trusted talent acquisition partner, advising on market trends and guiding candidates through the process.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source and qualify candidates across a range of legal and corporate roles.
• Manage expectations of both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Facilitate the closure of transactions and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships within the market and with hiring managers.
• Provide insights on market trends and advise clients on talent strategies.

Required profile
