About the role

Icon Consulting Group is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its Singapore team. You will play a key role in connecting top SAP talent with contract and permanent opportunities across APAC, supporting both candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end recruitment of SAP professionals for contract and permanent positions.
• Sourcing and headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and direct outreach to build a talent pool.
• Managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, understanding requirements and facilitating successful matches.
• Supporting deployed consultants, handling contract renewals and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Conducting market research on SAP hiring trends and identifying new business opportunities across APAC.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in SAP, IT or technology.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Sales‑driven mindset with ability to meet placement targets.
• Resilient, proactive and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Based in Singapore; no sponsorship available.
