Recruitment Consultant

About the role

Kuubiik is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join its internal team and help build remote teams for startups and growing businesses. You will own the full recruitment cycle, from business development and client consultation to sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple industries and regions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess project requirements, team dynamics, and hiring needs.
• Provide consultative guidance to refine job specifications and cultural fit criteria.
• Proactively source qualified professionals using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.
• Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate technical capabilities and soft skills.
• Present shortlisted candidates with detailed profiles and recommendations.
• Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback, and act as the main point of contact throughout the process.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with clients and professionals, conducting regular check‑ins.
• Convert qualified opportunities into successful placements and meet monthly targets.
• Track pipeline, placements, and performance using CRM/ATS tools and report against KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end recruiting experience, preferably in a 360 or agency environment.
• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and close placements independently.
• Strong interviewing and assessment capabilities.
