About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Singapore. You will play a key part in connecting talented candidates with the right job opportunities while receiving comprehensive training and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and interview suitable candidates for various client vacancies.
- Match talents with appropriate job openings and coordinate interview schedules.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process, from application to offer acceptance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
- Fresh graduates or career switchers with a positive attitude.
- Enjoy meeting and communicating with people.
