About the role

Aurora Talent is expanding globally and seeks a high‑energy Recruitment Consultant to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will act as a strategic partner to global clients and a career catalyst for top‑tier talent across multiple high‑value sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: from job intake and role qualification to candidate sourcing, interviewing, and closing.
• Provide market intelligence, including salary benchmarks, talent mapping, and competitor insights.
• Source active and passive candidates using social media, job boards, and Aurora’s internal database.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, delivering solutions beyond simple resume forwarding.

Required profile

• High sense of urgency and a "get it done" attitude in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated yet collaborative, thriving in a winning team culture.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
