Recruitment Consultant – Remote (5-7 yrs experience)

About the role

PeopleLAKE Group is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑energy team on a work‑from‑home basis. With 5–7 years of experience in a full‑cycle (360‑degree) recruitment environment, you will manage both client and candidate relationships, driving business growth and talent placement.

Key responsibilities

• Actively source, screen and qualify candidates and client accounts.
• Manage client expectations, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Maintain and nurture strong, long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of recruitment experience in a 360‑degree role.
• Proven track record in business development and candidate sourcing.
• Certified Recruiter with a Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI).
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and passionate about matching talent with opportunities.
• Singapore citizen or Permanent Resident (no work‑permit sponsorship).
