Recruitment Consultant – Tech & Commercial Roles

About the role

Trulyyy is seeking enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to support its fast‑growing portfolio of tech, AI, fintech and commercial clients in Singapore. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, for mid‑senior and leadership positions across both technical and commercial functions.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and engage talent for tech and commercial roles at mid, senior and leadership levels.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and client hiring teams.
• Manage offer negotiations, acceptance and onboarding processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with warm client accounts and ensure high satisfaction.
• Utilise recruitment tools and databases to track pipeline and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal team members to continuously improve sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• Open to candidates of any seniority – junior, mid or senior.
• For junior applicants: at least 1 year full‑time or 6 months internship experience in tech or commercial recruitment.
• Passionate about recruitment with a strong sense of responsibility toward clients and candidates.
• Result‑oriented, highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
