Recruitment Consultant – Technology Practice (Singapore)

About the role

Achieve Group is expanding its Technology Practice and is looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants and Senior Recruitment Consultants to join the team in Singapore. You will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates across a range of technology domains.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiation and placement.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with hiring managers, clients and candidates throughout Singapore and the wider region.
• Identify new business opportunities while growing existing client accounts.
• Recruit for permanent and contract roles across technology areas such as AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product and Digital Transformation.
• Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks and hiring advice, positioning yourself as a trusted recruitment partner.
• Build and own a specialist recruitment desk, establishing expertise in a chosen technology vertical.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably in a 360 environment.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and results‑driven with a commercial mindset.
• Passion for developing long‑term client relationships and growing a personal recruitment business.
