Recruitment Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to support end‑to‑end interview and hiring processes for technology‑focused teams across the APAC region. This position offers a fast‑paced, global environment where you will help connect top talent with innovative teams while gaining exposure to recruitment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling across multiple stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.
• Review incoming resumes and route candidates to the appropriate hiring teams.
• Track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment records.
• Follow established processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high accuracy.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to support recruitment operations.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
• Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, administration, or client support is an advantage.
