Recruitment Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Executive to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our cybersecurity, data analytics and software engineering teams. You will partner with hiring managers, build talent pipelines and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including scholarship programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline using diverse sourcing channels.
• Screen applications, shortlist qualified candidates, and conduct interviews for technical positions.
• Design remuneration packages, extend offers and negotiate terms.
• Guide candidates through every stage of the recruitment process, from initial screening to final placement.
• Support scholarship management and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Background in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Strong interest or understanding of information technology and related technical roles.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to multitask and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior agency or in‑house end‑to‑end recruitment experience is an advantage.
• Only Singapore Citizens will be considered.
