Recruitment Partner – Remote Freelance

About the role

We are building a flexible team of Recruitment Partners who work from home and help our clients fill mission‑critical positions. If you are an experienced recruiter or headhunter who enjoys closing deals and delivering high customer satisfaction, this freelance opportunity is for you.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and place candidates for critical client roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from business development to offer acceptance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree holder with at least 4 years of experience in a staffing or search agency, preferably in a full‑360 role that includes business development.
• Full CEI certification as required by MOM, without any exemption.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and comfortable interacting with professionals at all levels.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using the latest tools for candidate sourcing.
