Regional Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Onitsuka Tiger is looking for a data‑driven and creative Regional Assistant Digital Marketing Manager to support e‑commerce and digital marketing initiatives across Southeast Asia. Reporting to the regional Omni‑Channel team, you will help shape brand growth, audience engagement and conversion through integrated digital, social and email strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital content for social, email and online channels.
• Manage external digital marketing vendors to optimise paid media and social campaigns.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and invoicing with the finance department.
• Develop and maintain a strategic social media calendar aligned with regional and global goals.
• Monitor social trends, competitor activity and performance metrics.
• Design, execute and analyse end‑to‑end email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing and segmentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Business Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong understanding of fashion retail trends and market dynamics.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
• Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Dash.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
