Regional Assistant Manager, Marketing Services

About the role

The Regional Assistant Manager, Marketing Services will support the Regional Marketing Manager in driving marketing communications across the SEA market (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam). This role combines strategic planning, team leadership and hands‑on execution of B2B product launches and brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional business units to design and execute marketing strategies and content for new product launches.
• Oversee social media strategies and campaigns to boost brand engagement.
• Manage regional B2B marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated marketing plans and coordinate regional campaigns.
• Create compelling content for both offline and online platforms.
• Plan and execute events that increase brand visibility across the region.
• Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs to evaluate campaign and social media performance.
• Stay current on industry best practices and emerging marketing trends.
• Manage vendors, control budgets and ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Lead and develop a team of marketing communications and social‑media specialists.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to align marketing initiatives with broader brand goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong event planning and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience managing external agencies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
