Regional Digital Project Manager

About the role

You will lead the digital projects defined in the regional digital roadmap, covering client experience, web and social integration, and retail digital solutions. Reporting to the Regional Commercial & Business Development team, you will collaborate with global and regional digital, technology, and market commercial teams to deliver solutions that empower staff and put clients at the centre of decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the regional digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Lead multi‑market digital projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies, ensuring scope, budget and timeline compliance.
• Translate business requirements into scalable digital solutions and manage risk, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Design, build and implement digital tools by leveraging existing group platforms, manage backlogs and oversee pilot incubations.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users, creating user guides, FAQs and training to enable digital adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in software/web development, IT, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, CSM or Agile are a strong advantage.
• 5–7 years of experience building and managing digital solutions across multiple markets.

Required skills

• Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid project‑management methodologies.
• PMP, CSM or equivalent project‑management certifications.
• Digital solution design and implementation using existing software platforms.
