Regional HR Intern (Events Management & Talent Acquisition)

About the role

A. Menarini Asia-Pacific is looking for a Regional HR Intern to join its Human Resources division, reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager of Talent Acquisition & People Engagement. The intern gains hands-on experience supporting key regional HR initiatives, including events, talent acquisition and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Organize corporate events: plan, coordinate logistics and execute the Company Annual Leadership Conference and Awards Ceremony, including venue management, vendor communication and event materials.
• Drive talent acquisition: run the Regional Office's Internship Program by sourcing candidates, screening, scheduling interviews and coordinating offer letters, acting as the main point of contact for interns from onboarding to offboarding.
• Shape employer branding: collaborate with the Regional Corporate Communications Team on content for the career page and social media, helping position the company as a top employer in the region.
• Boost employee engagement: provide logistical and administrative support for employee engagement activities at the Regional Office.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organization and attention to detail.
• High initiative, positive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.
• Effective time management and discretion with sensitive HR information.
• Bonus: previous HR or event planning experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
