About the role
This newly created position supports a US technology organization operating in the Asia region. Based in Singapore, the Regional HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business leaders and help drive people initiatives that enable growth.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice on talent management, performance, total rewards and employee relations.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs to foster a high‑performing culture.
- Collaborate with the Corporate HR team to implement global processes while ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Partner with the broader HR function to continuously improve processes and lead HR projects.
Required profile
- 12‑15 years of experience across the full HR spectrum with strong business partnering skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practices in Asia, especially China and Japan.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross‑functional teams.
- Agile, self‑starting attitude with a high sense of ownership and integrity.
