Regional Marketing Executive

About the role

Join LEGO’s Marketing team as a Regional Marketing Executive (internally known as Marketing Coordinator) and help create campaigns that inspire love for LEGO® across kids and adults. This entry‑level position offers exposure to trade, digital and brand marketing while supporting the Head of Marketing India and Emerging Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables and day‑to‑day planning activities.
• Manage ordering, tracking and storage of marketing materials and inventory.
• Support budget planning, tracking, purchase orders, invoice management and monthly reporting using the MRM Light Planning Tool.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in marketing, business administration or sales operations within branded goods (e.g., toys, FMCG, fashion).
• Highly organized with strong project coordination and analytical abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail, proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
