Regional Operations Controller – Food & Beverage APAC

About the role

Join Givaudan’s APAC hub as the Regional Operations Controller for Food & Beverage. You will act as the strategic "co‑pilot" to the Head of APAC Operations, delivering financial insight and control across the region’s manufacturing sites and joint‑venture operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Operations teams to identify risks and opportunities, propose mitigation actions and ensure execution.
• Provide interpretive and predictive financial and operational analysis, delivering monthly KPI insights to senior management.
• Lead the regional investment process, validate business cases, secure approvals and monitor execution against budget.
• Manage the network of Site Controllers, set priorities, develop talent and act as liaison with Global Operations Controlling.
• Own the annual operations budget cycle, including standard product costing and coordination with the Pricing organization.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a professional accountancy qualification.
• 10+ years of experience in a controlling function, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to simplify complex financial data.
