Regional Recruiter – APAC (Singapore)

About the role

As a Regional Recruiter for the APAC region, you will own end‑to‑end recruitment for office‑based positions across multiple markets. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes while supporting regional talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned APAC markets, from intake and sourcing to interview coordination, offer management and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define role requirements, success profiles and recruitment timelines.
• Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment and market intelligence.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for recurring, critical and hard‑to‑fill roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards and networking.
• Apply Clarins’ structured, skills‑based hiring approach to assess capability, motivation and cultural fit.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships, deliver regular progress updates and influence hiring decisions with data‑driven insights.
• Support regional talent projects such as process improvements, interviewer capability building, talent mapping and recruitment analytics.
• Ensure accurate candidate and hiring data in the ATS and generate reporting on pipeline progress.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably within the APAC region.
• Comfortable managing senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate talent insights into actionable recommendations.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
