Regional Sales Manager

About the role

HRnetOne is hiring a Regional Sales Manager based in Singapore. The role applies an 80/20 approach to prioritise strategic accounts, projects, EPCs and distributors, and directs resources toward high-value opportunities while using channel partners to handle transactional business. It covers growth plans, revenue and profitability targets, and a robust pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Win new business and grow existing accounts in the chemical, pharmaceutical, specialty chemical, electronic materials and semiconductor industries, building relationships with decision-makers, engineering teams and plant leaders.
• Recruit, develop and manage distributors in South Korea and Taiwan, set their business plans and growth targets, and strengthen engagement with EPCs, engineering contractors, design institutes and technology licensors.
• Influence specifications during design and FEED stages to secure project opportunities.
• Meet annual order, revenue and profitability targets, maintain accurate forecasts and qualified pipeline records, and follow disciplined CRM practices.
• Track market trends, investment activity and competitor developments to inform regional growth plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams and channel partners to provide responsive customer support and deliver sustainable regional growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Three to five years of experience in sales, business development or key account management in industrial process equipment, flow control, chemical processing, semiconductors or a related industry.
• Demonstrated success developing new business, managing strategic accounts and delivering sustainable sales growth.
• Experience with chemical manufacturers, EPCs, engineering firms and industrial distributors.
• A strong commercial network in South Korea's chemical or semiconductor industries is preferred.
