Regional Strategy & Control Process Improvement Director

About the role

The Regional Strategy & Control Process Improvement Director will lead initiatives that optimise Gross‑To‑Net performance and SG&A efficiency across Pacific Asia. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on strengthening internal controls, governance and risk management to support sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement robust governance and control frameworks aligned with regional and divisional priorities.
• Drive financial discipline initiatives, ensuring trade‑claim accuracy, prudent accruals and channel inventory compliance.
• Evaluate key business processes, identify gaps and provide strategic recommendations for efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to senior stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Oversee implementation of Internal Audit recommendations across Pacific Asia affiliates and lead audit‑readiness activities.
• Act as primary liaison with regional and divisional teams for audit‑related projects and cross‑functional initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps, propose targeted training programmes and enhance organisational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance Services to define roles and responsibilities between finance functions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in finance, internal controls, audit and process improvement within a regional or multinational environment.
• Proven ability to lead governance initiatives and influence senior leadership.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on risk mitigation and operational integrity.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with affiliates, corporate teams and external auditors.
