Regional Supply Demand Planner (12‑Month Contract)

About the role

Apple is seeking a Regional Supply Demand Planner to lead supply and demand management for multiple product lines across the APAC region. This 12‑month contract role will support Apple’s online store, retail chain and reseller channels, ensuring the right products reach customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales, Sales Finance and Worldwide Planning to balance supply and demand for the region.
• Forecast end‑consumer demand for all channels and evaluate associated risks.
• Develop weekly and quarterly supply and demand plans aligned with Apple’s financial objectives.
• Present forecast performance and highlight business trends to drive strategic conversations.
• Analyse product sales weekly to identify opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional partners on both supply and demand sides.
• Drive analysis for launch quantities of new product introductions and ensure smooth product transitions.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the product planning process, marshal resources and drive projects to completion.
• Track and improve key metrics through process development.
• Conduct root‑cause analyses and develop mitigation plans for unexpected changes.
• Present regular product updates and recommended actions to Operations leadership.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in supply chain, planning, forecasting or analytical roles.
• Strong data analysis and numeric skills.
• Practical, enthusiastic approach to problem solving and process improvement.
• Solution‑oriented analytical planning abilities.
• Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility.
• Organised and able to react to the challenges of a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
