Registered Nurse – Fertility Clinic

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Registered Nurse position is based in Orchard, Singapore, within a specialist gynecology and fertility clinic. The role focuses on delivering direct patient care, supporting physicians, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform triage, measure vital signs, and prepare patients for consultations and procedures.
• Assist physicians during examinations, IVF‑related tasks, and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections as prescribed, and carry out basic nursing procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and update electronic medical records.
• Provide patient education on treatment plans, post‑procedure care, and health management.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and follow‑up visits.
• Uphold infection‑control standards and contribute to quality‑safety initiatives.
• Support clinic operations, including inventory management, stock‑taking, medication ordering, invoicing, and liaising with insurance providers.

Required profile

• Valid Registered Nurse qualification and current Singapore nursing licence.
• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Clinical experience in outpatient or specialist clinic settings, preferably in fertility or private healthcare.
• Strong communication and counselling abilities with a patient‑centred approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and handle administrative duties as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer literacy.
