About the role

The Department of Renal Medicine at CGH is seeking a qualified Renal Medicine Specialist to join its clinical team. The position involves delivering patient care, supervising junior doctors, and contributing to research initiatives within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform clinical and administrative duties related to renal medicine.
• Teach and supervise junior doctors.
• Engage in research opportunities as directed.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Division.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree and a postgraduate medical qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Specialty training recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board, Singapore.
• Documentary evidence of specialist training and registration in the country of origin and the relevant licensing body.
• Preferably, working experience in the country of origin as an accredited and licensed medical specialist.
• Compliance with additional criteria stipulated by the Singapore Medical Council for Conditional Medical Registration.
• English language proficiency if the basic medical qualification was not taught in English.
