Renal Staff Nurse – Dialysis Unit

About the role

Join our dedicated nursing team to provide high‑standard care for renal patients in a busy dialysis centre. You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective haemodialysis treatment and supporting patients throughout their care journey.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for renal patients.
• Perform needling of A‑V fistula, A‑V graft, or central venous catheter to initiate haemodialysis.
• Monitor patients during dialysis, report incidents, and complete all required documentation.
• Communicate treatment plans and changes with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate patient data, ensure availability of supplies and equipment, and uphold a clean, safe environment.
• Participate in quality‑assurance programs, nursing committees, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to Singapore Nursing Board regulations and the organisation’s code of conduct.

Required profile

• Diploma in Nursing or related field.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and AED certification.
• Motivated team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Open to candidates without prior experience.
