About the role
The School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at NTU is seeking a motivated Research Assistant to support cutting‑edge projects in robotics and mechatronics. You will work closely with senior researchers in a state‑of‑the‑art laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist research engineers and scientists in setting up and conducting experiments.
- Contribute to the development of control systems for insect‑machine hybrid robots.
- Prepare research papers, technical reports, and presentation materials to document project progress.
- Provide regular status updates to the research team.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Control Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, interpret, and explain engineering drawings and technical documents.
