About the role
The Asian Centre for Health Behavioural Insights & Interventions (HABITS) at NTU is seeking a Research Associate/Assistant to support multidisciplinary research that improves population health. The role involves designing studies, managing projects, and handling day‑to‑day research operations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and conduct research aligned with HABITS’ pillars, including literature reviews, data collection and analysis.
- Secure ethics approvals, manage budgets, expenses, assets and documentation.
- Coordinate with collaborators, third‑party service providers and organise project meetings.
- Support the preparation of grant proposals, academic publications and reports.
- Promote HABITS’ achievements through presentations, publications and media engagement.
Required profile
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in behavioural sciences, public health, data science or a related field.
- Minimum two years of full‑time academic or market research experience, preferably in public health, behavioural sciences or data science.
- Experience handling and analysing health, behavioural or social science datasets.
- Strong knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methods and tools.
- Excellent administrative, communication and interpersonal abilities.
