About the role
The School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is seeking a Research Fellow to join the Innovative Electronic and Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i-Lab). The position focuses on the development and study of ultrafast nanodevices at the frontier of electronics and photonics.
Key responsibilities
- Theoretical and numerical analysis of electronic and photonic devices
- Cleanroom fabrication of micro and nano-devices
- Experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices
- General support to the i-Lab
Required profile
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or a related field
- Background in the design, fabrication and characterization of electronic or photonic devices and circuits
- Strong publication record in device physics or engineering
- Good written and oral communication skills
