About the role
We are looking for a Research Fellow to join the Innovative Electronic and Electromagnetic Devices Laboratory (i‑Lab) at Nanyang Technological University. The role focuses on developing and studying ultrafast nanodevices at the intersection of electronics and photonics.
Key responsibilities
- Theoretical and numerical analysis of electronic and photonic devices.
- Cleanroom fabrication of micro‑ and nano‑scale devices.
- Experimental characterization of electronic and photonic devices.
- General support for the i‑Lab activities.
Required profile
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or a related discipline.
- Experience in design, fabrication and characterization of electronic or photonic devices/circuits.
- Strong publication record in device physics or engineering.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
