About the role

Join the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore as a Research Fellow focusing on mathematical machine learning. You will work at the intersection of control theory, dynamical systems, and ODE/PDE analysis.

Key responsibilities

Conduct independent research in mathematical machine learning, emphasizing control, dynamical systems, and ODE/PDE theory.
Collaborate with the research team on ongoing projects, share ideas, and co‑author publications.
Mentor and guide graduate students on their research projects related to mathematical machine learning.

Required profile

Ph.D. in Mathematics or a closely related discipline.
Proven ability to conduct independent research with a record of quality publications in reputable conferences or journals.
Strong problem‑solving skills and creativity in tackling complex mathematical problems.
