About the role
The Centre for Advanced Robotics and Intelligent Technologies (CARTIN) at NTU is seeking a Research Fellow to lead the development of localization and perception systems using multi‑sensor fusion. You will work on cutting‑edge robotics projects aimed at logistics, manufacturing, and human‑robot interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement robust sensor‑fusion algorithms for robot localization and navigation in complex, dynamic environments.
- Integrate hardware and software components of robot platforms and sensor suites.
- Conduct verification and validation of algorithms and overall systems.
- Prepare technical reports and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
Required profile
- PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
- Extensive experience in robotics and sensor‑fusion research.
- Proven background in system integration and flight‑control development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
