About the role
The Research Support Office at NTU is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the administration of its research grants. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of grant proposals, from submission through award management, and ensuring compliance with university and funding agency policies.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the submission of research proposals and organise review panel meetings.
- Administer awarded grants, including budgeting, reporting and compliance monitoring.
- Support governance of research data management related to funded projects.
- Participate in ad‑hoc initiatives and process‑improvement projects within the office.
Required profile
- Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in research grant administration.
- Excellent time‑management, planning and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently, learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Required skills
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in interpersonal and stakeholder management.
