Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead our service team across our island‑wide wine‑themed restaurants. You will ensure smooth daily operations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service team to maintain efficient daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, handle guest feedback, and make menu recommendations.
• Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Assist in training and guiding team members to improve service standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily operational checks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Required profile

• Prior experience in food & beverage or hospitality is preferred.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.
• Team player with leadership potential.
