About the role

We are seeking a Retail Assistant to work across our stores island‑wide in Singapore. This is a full‑time, entry‑level position offering a competitive monthly salary of SGD 2,300–3,000. The role involves direct interaction with customers and supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

Attend to customers and provide friendly and professional service.
Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
Process sales transactions, payments, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
Maintain proper merchandising and ensure products are well displayed and stocked.
Work 5 days per week according to retail hours.

Required profile

N/O Levels (no specific qualification required).
Candidates without a relevant background are encouraged to apply.
