Retail IT Project Specialist – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

The Retail IT Project Specialist will coordinate and deliver end‑to‑end technology projects for luxury fashion stores across Southeast Asia. You will act as the central hub between retail operations, store planning, IT teams, vendors and contractors to ensure seamless store openings, relocations, renovations and other store initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, track and report on project schedules, risk logs, action items and documentation.
• Coordinate procurement, staging, logistics, installation and User Acceptance Testing of IT equipment.
• Provide on‑site support during critical store activities and first business day operations.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and logistics partners to guarantee timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Support regional initiatives, pilot projects, technology rollouts and business transformation activities.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, follow up quotations, validate invoices and produce status reports for management.
• Drive continuous improvement of project processes, documentation and communication while ensuring compliance with IT governance and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail technology, store projects or IT implementation, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong project coordination and multi‑project management abilities with tight timelines.
• Excellent stakeholder, vendor and cross‑cultural communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
