Retail Management Intern, Travel Retail

About the role

Parfums Christian Dior, part of LVMH, is looking for a Retail Management Intern for travel retail in Singapore. The intern works closely with the retail team on daily store operations and supports the planning and execution of store reopenings. The internship must be committed full time for at least 6 months, from January 2027 to June 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the retail team on daily operations such as saleable goods, gross weekly goods (GWPs), testers, uniforms, point-of-sale materials and trade tools, ensuring high retail standards across stores.
• Take part in planning and executing store reopenings and provide administrative logistics support to the retail team and stores.
• Compile a monthly commentary on sales trends, competition data, new product launches and qualitative feedback from the retail team.
• Visit stores weekly to gather insights on operations, competition, Dior Ambassador performance and customer purchasing patterns, which inform sales strategies.
• Assist field coaching and role-play with brand consultants so that the sales pitch and the DIOR Art of Selling are delivered well in stores.
• Review field coaching scores with the Assistant Retail Manager, Retail Manager and Training Manager to improve service levels.
• Analyse training data with the retail and training managers and help refine KPI dashboards for reporting.
• Coordinate sales team training, assess effectiveness and give feedback to improve on-floor performance.
• Prepare monthly stock-on-hand data and analysis to ensure healthy stock levels and timely replenishment, and help ensure new products are shipped according to the monthly shipment plan.

Required profile

• University student or fresh graduate wanting in-depth knowledge of retail operations with a leading luxury beauty brand.
• Able to commit full time for at least 6 months, from January 2027 to June 2027.
• Enjoys numbers, data analysis, report writing and improving workflows.
• Independent, highly motivated fast learner with good communication skills and teamwork.

Required skills

• Good foundation in Excel and Microsoft Office, used frequently in the role.
