OTO Wellness is seeking a dynamic Retail Manager to lead its Singapore store. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering an exceptional retail experience, driving sales growth, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and maintain high standards of service.
• Build and nurture customer relationships to boost satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive sales targets and monitor performance metrics.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a retail team to achieve collective goals.
• Organise inventory, track stock levels, and ensure efficient store processes.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Effective team‑management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a track record of revenue growth.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in retail or customer‑focused roles is highly desirable.
