Retail Performance & Learning Director – South Asia

About the role

Louis Vuitton is looking for a visionary Retail Performance & Learning Director to lead its South Asia region. The role combines responsibility for driving retail results with building a culture of continuous learning across stores.

Key responsibilities

• Define, monitor and optimise retail performance KPIs across all South Asian markets.
• Analyse sales and operational data to generate actionable insights that improve store profitability.
• Design, implement and scale learning and development programmes that elevate retail talent.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including merchandising, operations and HR, to align performance and training initiatives.
• Lead change‑management projects that embed data‑driven decision making and best‑practice learning across the region.
• Travel regularly throughout South Asia to coach store teams and ensure consistent execution of strategies.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in luxury retail, with a proven track record in performance analytics and learning & development.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, able to work with senior stakeholders across multiple markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable and comfortable managing complex projects.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the South Asia region.
