Retail Supervisor – Sneaker & Sport Fashion

About the role

A leading sneaker and sport fashion retailer is hiring a Retail Supervisor in Central, Singapore, through its client. The role supports store management and supervises all staff while keeping the shop floor standards high. It is a permanent, full-time position based at ION or Funan, working five days a week across three shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide managerial support and help maintain and improve customer service levels
• Supervise all staff and ensure the sales floor meets company standards
• Handle customer complaints and enquiries and deal with daily managerial processes as instructed by Store Management
• Ensure staff appearance follows company guidelines and monitor service levels to maximise store sales
• Use the Customer Service measuring programme observation checklist and ensure targets are met or exceeded
• Use in-store kiosks so customers see the full product range, and use visual techniques to attract and engage customers
• Keep stock clean and presentable, and assist with the induction and training of new starters
• Help develop existing staff and ensure they complete the relevant assessments

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role
• Visual merchandising experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Required skills

• Able to operate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
