About the role

Tan Tock Seng Hospital offers a Return‑to‑Nursing (RTN) programme designed for Registered Nurses or Enrolled Nurses who have been away from clinical practice for five years or more. The programme aims to rebuild confidence and competence through a structured refresher course before returning to patient care.
