Revenue Management Analyst

About the role

Singapore Airlines is looking for a Revenue Management Analyst to forecast and manage a defined set of routes and markets. The analyst uses revenue management and inventory control systems to analyse, plan and implement demand management strategies that maximise passenger revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical and future passenger demand trends and their socio-economic drivers to feed accurate demand inputs into the revenue management system.
• Monitor booking trends and anticipate the effect of news and events on demand.
• Work with other Revenue Management and Pricing Analysts to plan and implement demand and inventory strategies for the network.
• Compile reports to track performance and support pricing and sales planning decisions.
• Engage with overseas sales teams to identify and steer revenue opportunities.
• Manage a team of flight analysts and liaise with reservations and airport teams on bookings and flight loads.
• Take part in cross-departmental projects and work with technology teams on system projects and enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or related fields preferred.
• Previous experience in Revenue Management, Analytics or IT is an advantage.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently on assigned projects.
