Rheumatology Specialist

About the role

The Rheumatology Service at CGH is looking for a qualified Rheumatology Specialist to join its multidisciplinary team. This position involves delivering high‑quality clinical care, supporting junior doctors, and contributing to research initiatives within a dynamic hospital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative services in rheumatology.
• Teach and supervise junior doctors and trainees.
• Participate in research projects and scholarly activities.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Head of Division.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree and a postgraduate qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council.
• Specialty training recognised by the Specialists Accreditation Board, Singapore.
• Documented evidence of specialist training and registration from the country of origin and relevant licensing bodies.
• Preferably prior experience as an accredited and licensed medical specialist in the country of origin.
• Compliance with all Singapore Medical Council criteria for Conditional Medical Registration.
• English language proficiency if the primary medical education was not in English.
