Room Service Server

About the role

As a Room Service Server at The Ritz‑Carlton Millenia Singapore, you will be a Guest Service Expert who creates memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to deliver food and beverages with impeccable service.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables for in‑room dining, ensuring presentation meets luxury standards.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timely delivery.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve meals, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and supplies throughout the shift.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below the knees.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience in food‑and‑beverage or hospitality.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and follow safety and uniform standards.
