RPA Platform Infrastructure & Administration

About the role

The role is responsible for administering, supporting and continuously improving the RPA Platform to ensure a secure, stable and reliable automation environment. You will lead infrastructure activities, manage platform upgrades, and support strategic initiatives such as migrating the platform out of VMware.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain RPA Platform infrastructure, including VDI, servers and related components.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support governance, risk and compliance activities and remediate platform findings.
• Work with vendors and infrastructure teams to deliver enhancements, upgrades and security improvements.
• Lead migration of RPA workloads out of VMware, handling setup, testing, validation and deployment.
• Design, build and configure VDI environments required for the platform.
• Perform Blue Prism platform administration – installation, configuration, patching and upgrades.
• Document architecture, procedures and technical configurations.
• Provide technical support for platform incidents and service requests.
• Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery testing and lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Professional experience in RPA platform administration and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with governance, risk and compliance processes.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams, vendors and project stakeholders.
